You will need to copy & paste the file; outlook.nk2 from the Application Data folder.
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.NK2
Vista/Win 7: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.NK2
